• Shipping bigger parcels EU ONLY.
• New parts are from new sets, never played and never assembled.
• New parts are stored in zip bags.
• New bricks can have some scratches caused by rubbing bricks on himself in the package.
• Minifigures are not asembled.
• Used parts are checked and cleaned, but some may have been overlooked.
• If there is an error in your order, please contact us and we will fix the issue.
• Orders are well-packed to prevent any damage during shipping.
• Additional fees are paid by the buyer, such as customs duties and VAT.
